Probably the best mensa in town. Fresh, mostly tasty dishes, and at low price. Sometimes a crowded place!

Great selection of multi-flavoured music on good old vinyls, mostly electro/dance/dj stuff you will not find easily elsewhere. Not the cheapest place, though.

Nice, gay-friendly coffee/bar/restaurant. Good place for a drink after that niche movie you've seen in Votivkino.

Recently found that interesting place. Endless images on the walls, alternative(-looking) guests make a great atmosphere (and I mean also smoke).
If Tüwi gets too noisy, go there.

Nice traditional Heuriger located in a small street in Grinzing. Lots of good meat, salads, and - of course - own wines (Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay). Worth a visit.

Schöner, ruhiger (außer Sonntag vielleicht, viele Familien mit Kinder) Bad. Samstag Nachmittag in der Herbst-Frühling Saison gibt's FKK schwimmen. Nicht jedermanns Sache, aber das ist auch gut so.

Elegant, modern interior design, friendly staff, fair prices. But what's most important: excellent food of thai and japanese cuisine made with fresh ingredients in generous portions.

Its location is out of city center, but it is totally worth a visit. Tramway line 37 (direction Hohe Warte).

Surprisingly pleasant, crowded club, I did expect something different. Nice interiors, comfortable old bus seats, fair prices and—last but not least (or maybe the best)—Rotes Zwickl available - all makes it a good place to be.

Wirklich gut fürs Training, 50m Länge macht einen großen Unterschied. Wasser ist sauber, manchmal ein Tick zu warm. Der Eintrittspreis (zZ. €5,20/€4,40 ermäßigt) ist angemessen (in den städtischen Bäden bezahlt man €3,50).

Vielleicht bin ich das nur, aber ich höre da einen konstanten hohen Ton, über und unter der Wasseroberfläche. Das nervt etwas. Und die enge Verhältnisse bei Kästen, obwohl die Umkleideräume ziemlich groß sind.

You may not like my review, but I'm honest.
That used to be my favourite sushi restaurant, but lately lost my competition with nearby Lemon Green.

Once white walls turned dirty gray, two-person tables are way too near each other, prices are steep, and last time there I had a drunken, smelly and loud man as a neighbour. And that, in a restaurant that want to call itself classy, shouldn't happen.

There are pros, too. The staff is friendly and food tastes very good. Still, it's not enough for me to come back.
