2 vegan dishes on the menu (the chickpea vegetable curry is pretty tasty), fast service, nice place.
Interesting texts on the restrooms' doors at the ladies toilets btw.

For what Gelbes Krokodil attempts, they accomplish with unusual style, but the food overall seems to be generally lacking courage (and seasoning). To provide a smart daily menu with a little adventure is a challenge, but to do it for the prices that Gelbes Krokodil does it for is downright impressive. In this aspect, they are very successful. But, if you are looking for food to wow or challenge or surprise; I'm afraid you will be disappointed that it didn't quite live up to the hype.
Still, I love the atmosphere and the ability to catch a movie at Moviemento right next door as well as the surprise that you can find from a rotating menu. Just make sure that you make a reservation, almost all the tables are reserved even on weeknights.

Unfortunately it is always crowded on evenings.
